Study Abroad Opportunities
The ability to move easily and competently within and between cultures is an especially prized qualification in an increasingly globalized world. The Baruch College Study Abroad Office, part of the Weissman Center for International Business, assists students from all three Baruch Schools who wish to study abroad and acquire these valuable skills. Students have many study abroad options to choose from, ranging from a one-month program during the January Intersession to a full academic year at a foreign university. Students may study at one of Baruch’s exchange partner universities in Austria, Denmark, the Dominican Republic, England, France, Germany, India, Mexico, South Korea or Sweden, or on any of over a hundred different programs in every part of the world. Baruch itself sponsors a Spanish Language and Civilization program in Salamanca, Spain. Most Baruch students receive credit towards their major when they study abroad, and all students receive credit towards their degree.
