The Baruch College STEP (Science and Technology Entry Program) Academy is a pre-college program for high school students who are interested in pursuing careers in science and health related professions. The program invites qualified students to participate in workshops and college courses in math and science as well as SAT and college preparatory workshops. Participation in the STEP program helps students to excel in high school and prepare for admission to college. The Academy is funded by the New York State Department of Education and seeks to increase the participation of students who are historically underrepresented in the science and health professions. |
