Overload Form
The credit overload allows students to register for 19 to
21 credits in either the Spring or Fall semesters. For those
students seeking permission for the summer sessions a maximum
of 5 courses is allowed with 3 courses in 1 session.

Do you want to appeal a course grade? Do you want to appeal
for a course substitution or waiver? Do you need more time
(extension) to makeup the course work for a course you received
an INC or ABS grade? Need permission to drop a course after
the deadline date? Download the Committee on Academic Standing
- Application for Academic Appeal, and submit it to the
appropriate department/school.

The cumulative grade point average (GPA) is the numerical
equivalent of a letter grade (A. B, C, etc.). It is the
student's responsibility to keep track of his or her GPA.
The GPA Calculation Sheet will show you how to calculate
your GPA.

Policy
Undergraduate Students may replace a maximum of 16 credits
of failing grades if the same courses are repeated with
a minimum of a grade of "C". Download the F policy fact
